Food treatments for skin

I always tell my clients that if they are looking to switch to something natural for their skin, they should look no further than their kitchen.

Below is a list of some food treatments for skin.

Cucumber: cools and firms the skin, especially below the eyes.

Avocado: nourishes skin and soothes dry, tired skin

Egg whites: firm and tone the skin.

Milk: firm and tone the skin

Oats: natural scrub and exfoliant

Yogurt: cleanses, tones and extracts alone or in combination with other foods
